Thank you for applying for credentials for the 2025 Cincinnati Open, which will be held Tuesday, Aug. 5 - Monday, Aug. 18.

• The deadline to submit applications is June 23, 2025.
• Applications must be submitted by an assignment editor or producer.
• Media outlets who have not previously applied should provide audience/circulation numbers, links to other coverage and assignment letters.
• Each outlet should have one administrator submit the applications for all staff members who will be assigned to the tournament. Additional applications can be submitted by this administrator at any time prior to the application deadline on June 23. Applications submitted by multiple people from a single outlet could delay the decision and processing of the request.

Media credentials are reserved for working journalists only. To be considered for a media credential, you must work for an organization that produces and publishes original content. Applications for or related primarily to: (1) documentaries and/or films, (2) books, (3) coverage of a select player(s), (4) sites that do not post original content based on news gathering criteria, will not be approved.

Freelancers (writers and photographers) must be on assignment for a media outlet to be considered for a credential.

All photographers are required to use professional photography equipment only. Photographers using equipment with the ability to collect or record any video or audio recordings may not collect or record material of any live tennis matches.

Videography at the tournament is strictly governed by ATP Media based on the rights category of a particular outlet. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the cancellation of any approved credential. If you are seeking to take videos at the tournament and are unclear on your rights category, please email media@cincytennis.com.

The tournament will make the final decision on all credential applications based on available space, scope of coverage, history of tennis coverage and circulation of each media outlet.

If you are approved for a credential, you will receive information on where and when to pick up your credential and parking pass, if requested, and other information.
